Hellenic Cadastre Seeks Premises on Leros and Karpathos

The Hellenic Cadastre, the public body responsible for compiling, maintaining, updating and operating the National Cadastre, launched a tender to lease premises for the Leros and Karpathos branches of the Dodecanese Cadastral Office.

Under Law 4512/2018, the organisation sought a property on Leros, specifically within Agia Marina or Lakki, and another in Pigadia, the capital of Karpathos.

Property requirements

• Leros branch: approximately 100 to 120 square metres in total.
• Karpathos branch: approximately 60 to 100 square metres in total.
• The premises must meet the operational needs and the minimum technical and quality standards specified in the tender notice.
• Owners whose properties did not fully meet the requirements could still express interest by submitting details of the work they proposed to undertake to make the premises suitable.
• The landlord would be responsible for delivering the premises ready for use, at their own expense, no later than four months after the contract was signed.

The property was to be selected through an open procedure among eligible bids, in accordance with the Hellenic Cadastre leasing regulations published in Government Gazette 1189 B on 19 February 2024 and supplemented by Government Gazette 3919 B on 4 July 2024, together with the terms of the tender notice.

Interested owners could obtain the tender documents from www.ktimatologio.gr.

Offers had to be submitted in a sealed envelope by 1pm on 30 March 2026 exclusively to the Hellenic Cadastre offices at 288 Mesogeion Avenue, Cholargos, Attica 15562, Protocol Service. The contact telephone number was 210 6505707.
