A fire that broke out on Tuesday afternoon (13 May 2025) on a plot of land near a residential area in Leros was brought under full control thanks to the immediate mobilisation of the Fire Service and local authorities.
The intervention of firefighters, volunteers, and the Municipality’s Technical Service was decisive in preventing the fire from spreading and averting any threat to human lives or property.
