TENDER No PSA KOS 003
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION FOR LEROS & KOS FIELD OFFICES
Mercy Corps Hellas is inviting interested parties to apply for the following tender opportunity to ensure provision of hotel accommodation to Mercy Corps Hellas national or expatriated staff with Leros & Kos field offices being first priority.
Mercy Corps Hellas is seeking the provision of hotel accommodation to MC Hellas staff on a daily basis and invites sealed bids from legally registered hotels or group of companies in the hotel industry to provide quotes.
In this context Mercy Corps Hellas invites all legally registered suppliers and companies to participate in KOS PSA 003.
The following conditions apply:
- Hardcopy offers must be put in a sealed envelope labelled
“KOS PSA 003”
Please mark your envelope with your company name, address & contact person

(Working days from 10:00 until 16:00), under consideration of Zakka Korina
- Softcopy offers can be submitted via email at tendermercycorpsgreece@gmail.com
with subject title: “KOS PSA 003”
All hardcopy and softcopy bids must be delivered at the latest by July 14th, 2017, 16:00hr.
Tender offers will be unsealed and reviewed by Mercy Corps bid evaluation committee. The evaluation will be conducted by Mercy Corps representatives on July 21st, 2017 in a closed session.

Tender documents can be requested via email: kzakka@mercycorps.org or via MC Tender Hotline, 6941.591.710 Monday to Friday, 10:00hr to 16:00 or picked up from Mercy Corps Hellas Kos field office from June 27th, 2017 until July 7th, 2017 10:00hr the latest.
