TENDER No PSA KOS 002 – CAR RENTAL FOR FIELD OFFICES
Mercy Corps Hellas is inviting interested parties to apply for the following tender opportunity to ensure provision of rental cars for Mercy Corps field offices with Kos & Leros field offices being first priority.
Mercy Corps Hellas is seeking the supply of rental cars for monthly and/or daily routine business work and invites sealed bids from legally registered companies or group of companies in the rental industry to provide quotes.
In this context Mercy Corps Hellas invites all legally registered suppliers and companies to participate in KOS PSA 002.
The following conditions apply:
- Hardcopy offers must be put in a sealed envelope labelled
“KOS PSA 002”
Please mark your envelope with your company name, address & contact person

- Softcopy offers can be submitted via email at tendermercycorpsgreece@mercycorps.org
with subject title: “KOS PSA 002”
All hardcopy and softcopy bids must be delivered at the latest by June 19th, 16:00hr 2017
Tender offers will be unsealed and reviewed by Mercy Corps bid evaluation committee. The evaluation will be conducted by Mercy Corps representatives on June 20th, 2017 in a closed session.
Eligibility criteria – Mandatory Documents
- EOT Certification (Greek Tourism Organization) (Βεβαίωση Συνδρομής Νομίμων Προϋποθέσεων για τη Λειτουργία Επιχείρησης Εκμίσθωση Αυτοκινήτων Ιδιωτικής Χρήσης Χωρίς Οδηγό)
- All companies need to have proof of registration at the commercial chamber and registered KAD codes (Kodikos Arithmos Drastiriotitas) for activities related to intended services provided
- Declaration of Eligibility
- Full tender package (provided by MC and submitted by bidder)
Tender documents can be requested via email: kzakka@mercycorps.org or picked up from Mercy Corps Hellas Kos field office from June 6th, 2017 until June 16th, 2017 16:00hr the latest
