ANNOUNCEMENT – On the occasion of yesterday's fire in the Tsigouna area, citizens are kindly requested not to deposit waste in the bins until the afternoon hours, as the collection will be carried out by the Municipality after the afternoon.
This measure is deemed necessary due to the risk of flare-ups in the area and for the safe management of waste.
At the same time, drivers are asked to be especially careful when passing through the area of Tsigouna, as there is increased traffic of vehicles from the Fire Department and the services of the Municipality who are working to fully deal with the situation.
We ask for everyone's understanding and cooperation. The protection of human life and the environment is the responsibility of all of us.
