The Port Authority of Lerosthe following was issuedcommunication: We inform you that the e-Charterparty digital application will enter production on Thursday, 14 May 2026, pursuant to Article 14 of Joint Ministerial Decision No. 3133.1/47821/28.6.2024 (Government Gazette B 3798, corrigendum 4050), which sets out the regulatory framework for its operation and terms of use.
In order to assist official and other users within the meaning of article 3 of the above-mentioned C.Y.A., given the changes that are occurring and in order to ensure a smooth transition to the new regime, the possibility is provided until 06-30-2026 to follow the existing procedure instead of the digital one.
