Free AHEPA Medical Checks on Leros on 6 and 8 March

The State Hospital - General Hospital - Health Centre of Leros announces the implementation of the planned visit of the organisationAHEPA Chapter HJ-43 (Aristotelis Attica)in Leros, from March 6 and 8, 2026, in the context of celebrating the integration of the Dodecanese in Greece and social contribution actions of the island's health facilities.

The action is carried out following the relevant approval of the Hospital Administration and in collaboration with the 2nd Health Region of Piraeus and the Aegean and the Medical Association of Kalymnos.

Object of the Action

The purpose of the visit is:

• The free medical examination of citizens of Leros in a short period of time.
• The provision of preventive and diagnostic advice and health services.

The participating specialties are:

• Pediatrician.
• Ophthalmologist.
• Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT).

The implementation of the action takes place:

• With coordination between the Hospital Administration, AHEPA and local authorities.
• With assurance of the legal exercise of the medical work, upon approval of the Medical Association.

Medical Visits Programme

The exams will take place on the premises of the Leros Hospital as follows:

• Friday, March 6, 2026:10:30 – 13:30 and 17:00 – 19:00
• Sunday March 8, 2026:09:00 – 13:30 (with the possibility of an afternoon continuation if required).
